Can I just say that it has been a pleasure working with you and the rest of the team at OnRoad OffRoad?
On Wednesday we had eight participants, and yesterday we had nine- these are very good numbers for the Clarence Plains area.
More importantly, the outcome for the learners was fantastic- not just in completing the courses, but gaining confidence and working towards their goals.
I would like to especially thank Robert. Participants came from a variety of backgrounds and with different learning experiences. There were a number of EAL learners, and a number of other learners working through health issues. Robert quickly built rapport with all these learners and tailored his communication style to ensure comprehension. He also demonstrated empathy, understanding, and humour too! I suspect the feedback he received from participants will be very positive indeed.
So again, thank you to all the team. I look forward to working with you on new projects in the future.
